The House

The house is centrally located in Florida, in the Paradise Palms resort, with easy access to all the major theme parks. Disney World is about 15 minutes away. Paradise Palms is a gated resort with vacation homes and a common area with many amenities. Paradise Palms is quietly situated just south of Highway 192, in Osceola County just outside Orlando.

The house can accommodate 10 guests, with four bedrooms and all conveniences. Here you have everything you need, including kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a dryer, and TVs in all rooms (see detailed description below). There are also three bathrooms, an open living room and kitchen area, and a west-facing outdoor area that overlooks an artificial lake with no rear neighbors. The outdoor area includes a seating area, sun loungers, and a small private pool.

PRICES AND BOOKING

Additionally, you have access to the Paradise Palms common area where you will find a large pool with a waterfall, a water slide, two hot tubs, and a separate children’s pool. The pool bar serves drinks, food, and snacks. In the common area, you will also find a game room, a fitness room with a sauna, a cinema, a playground, two tennis courts, and a small kiosk/shop, as well as the reception.

Although Paradise Palms is in a quiet location, it is never far to the nearest store or fast food restaurant. The nearest grocery store (Publix) is five minutes away by car. WalMart and Target are about 10 minutes away.
